There are various parameters to shortlist the universities in any country. It would depend a lot on your academic profile, IELTS/TOEFL scores. Moreover, both USA and canada university accepts 16 years of education. You can have a pathway programme in Canada and them apply for Masters course in radiology.

You can apply for B.Sc Nursing under the category results awaited in government colleges which undergoes the entrance procedure. Moreover, in private colleges also you will be eligible to apply.

You will have to check the counselling process to know the current availability of seats. In general, around 5% of seats are reserved for management quota but that is just in general cases. You can do one thing, speak with the college admin dept. They can provide the exact information.
