You can pursue 2 regular courses together. That will be illegal and may cause you some serious problems in future. What you can do is that pursue a course through correspondence or distance from recognized institutes like IGNOU etc. And pursue another one through regular mode.

It is 10+2, after registering and applying online eligible candidate need to appear for aptitude test conducted by the college. Then, based on marks of aptitude test, they will be called for personal interview. This the admission procedure.

Hi, It completely depends on the college. Some colleges don't have the provision of lateral entries (second-year admission for the same course). If you wish to change your stream, you will have to start from the scratch plus 1-year of the gap will always be there. Recruiters may question upon the gap during the job interview so be prepared for the answer.
