Please check the last year's cutoffs to get a better idea. As per my knowledge with a rank of 8569 it is only possible to get into the colleges if you have OBC/SC/ST quota.

According to me, it is around 91% as per the last year's cutoffs but you can enquire the university if there is any vacant seat.

Hi,
The candidate must have completed B.Sc (Forensic Science)/B.Sc (Pass) with 50% in one of the two subjects, viz. Botany, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology or BDS from a recognised University. So you are eligible for this course.

No, students from NIOS are not eligible to take admissions in IIFA Multimedia. There is no chance for NIOS students to pursue any of the UG or PG courses and even any diploma courses also.
