The study in this college is very efficient. It is the cheapest among all the Agriculture colleges in India. The facilities provided such as classrooms, library, computer cell, hostel are much high in comparison to the fees. The infrastructure is very nice. There are provision of merit scholarship for top 5 students of a batch and also government e kalayan scholarship for economically backward students. The college is suitable for both socio-economically forward and backward students.

Each semester fees are different approximately 3500 rupees per semester. E -Kalyan scholarships are available for students except for the general category

Birsa Agricultural University, Ranchi was inaugurated by Late Smt. Indira Gandhi former Prime Minister of India on June 26, 1981. It is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC).  It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Agricultural, and Forestry.
