With PCB in 12th, you can apply for B.Tech Biotechnology at ITM Lucknow and SRMU Lucknow, which accepts Biology students with a minimum of 45% marks. Admission is through JEE Main, CUET, or direct entry. Some universities may require PCM, so check specific eligibility before applying.

To enroll in the M.Sc. Biotechnology programme at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), you typically need to apply through the university's official website. The admission process usually involves an entrance exam, followed by counseling and seat allotment. While IGNTU does offer an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, it's important to check their website for specific details on eligibility criteria, application procedures, and important dates.

NISER uses the score of IIT JAM Biotechnology (BT) to select Integrated MSc-PhD in Biological Sciences. Although they do not have a specific cutoff rank to be directly admitted as well, an extremely high JAM BT rank is required to get shortlisted and subsequently have an interview as this is a very important step in their selection. Ordinarily, the higher the candidate ranks in JAM BT in the top few hundred in the General category, the greater the prospects of this candidate getting an interview call. In NISER, the ultimate selection is done with holistic evaluation, which incorporates academic record and performance in interview besid

No, B.Tech Biotechnology is not offered directly by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). While RTMNU offers various engineering programs, a search for "B.Tech Biotechnology" at the university does not yield any relevant results. Several other colleges in Nagpur do offer the program, so you'll need to explore those options.

With a JEE Main percentile of ~83, your All India Rank is likely around 150,000–200,000. Unfortunately, that's well above the closing ranks for B.Tech Biotechnology at NITs, which typically cap around 30,000–50,000 .So, no NIT is available for Biotechnology with your rank. Mechanical also would be out of reach. These branches close much earlier in counselling rounds.

With a CRL of 6 Lacs and OBC rank of 2.5 lakh, it's honestly quite tough to get Biotech or Environmental at DTU. Cutoffs are usually much lower, even for OBC. You might have better chances in spot rounds or try other state colleges.
