Depends on the college you are applying to. Normally, they will evaluate your application only after your final grades are out. You may drop the concerned college about the process before 12th results are out.

Admission Process for B.Tech in Biotechnology from PSG College of Technology is mentioned below:
Admission is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling guidelines based on marks obtained in class 12th final examination.
Minimum eligibility to pursue this course is that candidate should have cleared their class 12 exams with Mandatory Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
