It mainly depends on the B-school and affordability for the student. So, check the QS world ranking for best MBA schools and decide. My suggestion is Singapore, Canada and then New Zealand.

You can ask the university to transfer your course credits from ME done in India. This way you can start with the second year of ME, and you will save a year or so.
Please write a mail to the college of your choice and ask them about the process of credit transfer.

There is no average salary figures anyone can provide you. The reason being that the kind of job you will get after finishing the course will depend on how good or bad you are at your course.
You can check the college's website here to get more information.

It is hard to answer this question on a country-wide level. This comparison can be made only between universities. So if you have specific universities in mind from both these countries, it will be easier to answer.

You don't need to pursue any additional diploma to study MS. Your undergraduate years count for the required years to education. Many Canadian universities and colleges accept 15 years of education, so check the eligibility requirements of your course on the college website.

Yes, you can as there is no apparent reason why you can't. If you have a specific reason behind this question, please mention it in detail.

Hi Abhijeet,
You have to take this decision on your own. Apply to top ranked universities in both the countries, getting into a tier 3 university abroad will give little value as in India university reputation is more important. Moreover, the top schools will train you such that you can be fit to work anywhere in the world. India also has good business schools from IIMs to XLRI. Try in those as well.
