For MBA courses, you need work experience of a few years. If you don't have that, you may apply for a PGDM course which doesn't require work experience.
Otherwise, many Canadian universities accept students with three years of undergrad degrees. You don't need to have 14 years of education to get admitted there.

Your visa chances will be considerably less with 17 backlogs. Plus you need at least 6.5 in IELTS to be sure of visa approval.

Yes, you can. You will have to get in touch with colleges offering BScN and ask whether they will consider your current course for credit transfer or not. If they do, you can start directly from the second year of the degree in Canada.

I am not very sure of this. but I don't think an advocate degree here will work in other country as the entire laws are difficult. You can ask your fellow or seniors for better advice.

You haven't mentioned the subjects you studied. If you had computers or IT as one of the subjects during your B.Sc you can opt for a IT related course. However if you did not have prior education in these subjects you must take a pre-requisite course offered by the colleges or universities in Canada itself. You must also show your interest and passion in IT or computers through a very convincing personal statement.
