You must ideally choose a course as per your interest and career inclination. What seems best for another applicant may not be best for you so the choice of courses is quite profile centric. Networking & Information Technology and Engineering Management are two of the many PG Diplomas you can pursue and these are some of the most demanding. Hope this helps.

It varies from university to university. Top universities require higher grades around 75%. Colleges will accept 60% and above.

You must initially decide what to study. Research on colleges in Quebec and availability of programs in the colleges. You must take TOEFL or IELTS. SAT is not mandatory but there may be department specific exams. Check other requirements, fees etc and shortlist the colleges you want to apply to. Be careful with the deadlines and submit the applications by tge deadlines. Hope this helps.
