Hi Rupinder,
Depending on the subjects that you have studied in the B.Sc and your comfort level with different areas of Information Technology such as Software, Gaming & Animation, Network & Security, Information Systems or Business Analysis - you can choose a wide variety of PG programs.
If you are good in Maths and / or Statistics, you can also look for program in Data Analysis, which has good scope.
If not Masters, these programs are usually referred to as Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma and mostly offered by colleges.

Please remember GMAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad.
So in order to pursue MBA from universities in Canada, US and Australia you need to take GMAT test.
Now coming to TOEFL or IELTS, then please remember as then medium of education in universities in Canada, US and Australia is english so all the students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
