Hi,
Find below the eligibility to pursue MS degree from universities in Canada.
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (60%-70% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred GRE score- 300 plus.
For admission in masters degree in Canadian universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.

Apply directly to the universities. however, do remember that no good university would let you in without a wonderful sketching portfolio and typically it must have life art study. typically at least an year of such study would get you somewhere, though people elsewhere in the world do much more than that. Ideally you should go for M.COM, LLB or MBA Finance. However if you are passionate to make a career in IT sector, then you may go for MCA.
Go for regular study if have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.

However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities Canada, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
