1)Law is limitless. A very little amount of hard work is needed to master the concepts. The effort needed to put in is comparatively lesser than medicine
2)Law is more of a collective profession - medicine is a personalized profession meaning - most groups of lawyers think alike but no two doctors think in the same way
3)Law gives you that edge in society. Dare to manhandle a lawyer and you will be shown your right place whereas you can easily manhandle a doctor and get away with it. These things do matter in the long term
4)With law you will get a comprehensive understanding of how the country's judicial system works - you interpret the law - administrative/civil/criminal etc. You can feel safe with the police/politicians
5)You can study to become a public prosecutor/district judge. In courts, it doesn't matter what the witnesses say only that matters what the judge has to say
6)The majority of the politicians are lawyers. They know all the loopholes in the system.
7)India needs both lawyers and doctors as both are scarce now.
8)A doctor has emergencies at odd times but a court proceeding can always wait - it can even send a summons to the doctor the very next day after his night shift. But a lawyer / any patient or that matter does not necessarily present himself for follow up. The legal profession is an honorable profession, as ancient as magistracy, as noble as virtue, as necessary as justice. To have a successful career in the legal industry, you need to get admission in one of the premier law college in India. These institutes offer undergraduate post-graduate ( LL. M. B.A. LL.B. And BBA LL.B. Research programmers in legal education and 1 year LL. M. programme across industry specific domains. Most of colleges follow different admission procedure and accept scores of CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) or other law entrance exams for admissions. Many of these colleges have their own entrance exam pathway too. There are multiple universities in India from where you can do 5 year LL.B. Like IILM University Gurugram offers BBA LL.B. & B.A. LL.B. & LL. M. with Moot Court Internship, Seminar, Workshops, Experiential Learning along with Inter-Disciplinary Curriculum.

The major hurdle for Engineering aspirants is finding a suitable job. After spending the 4 valuable years and lot of money in pursuing the engineering courses, the uncertainty in employment is the big challenge. Privatization and outsourcing of jobs in government. Organizations are the another reasons for limiting the employment opportunities. Most of the fresh engineering graduates are working in the private organisation at very low wages of Rs 5000-10000 PM only is really very disgusting. Nepotism culture in private organizations is killing the merit. Politicians priorities towards the religion and casteism are diverting the youth from their original goals and deploying them in the non productive activities. So above are the major issues as described. How can you tackle them is an big issue as well as challenges.

B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech in IT are engineering degrees and treated as higher in comparison to BCA and B.Sc. In CS/IT. In fact, B.Tech in CSE is the de-factor the highest accepted degree in Indian IT industry. B.Tech in CSE graduates are paid the highest among all the graduate degrees. MCA graduates are treated at par with B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech in IT graduates for application development and maintenance jobs by Indian IT Industry. BCA and MCA route will take 5 or 6 years to complete the course after 10+2 and get you your first job. Whereas, B.Tech in CSE/IT are four-year degree courses. Therefore, I will recommend B.Tech in CSE/IT over BCA and MCA.
