It is unlikely you will get a seat at Carmel College for Women with a 48% in your 12th boards and 68% in 10th, as most undergraduate programs at Carmel College require a minimum of 50% in the qualifying exam. While some courses might have slightly lower cutoffs, 48% is generally considered low for merit-based admissions.

From what I found, Carmel College in Goa mainly offers B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com programs. I couldn't come across any information about them having BBA, BMS, or other commerce-related courses besides B.Com. But it might be a good idea to reach out to the college directly to see if they've introduced any new programs or specializations.
