After your class 10th, as there is no diploma course in this field, you need to have Maths and Physics as main subjects in your class 12th, and should have passed out. To become a pilot, the minimum qualification required is: class 12th passed out, with Maths and Physics.

It will be difficult to get calls from most of the IIMs. Gentle rally the cut off is around 90+ percentile. But you might get calls from recently opened IIMs like IIM-Jammu, IIM-Amritsar, IIM-Bodhgaya.
