As you are in 10th right now, so you should complete your matriculation first. Then only you will be able to get admission in NSD. In addition, you can pursue one degree at a time.

It's quite surprising that while filling online form you are making so many errors. Okay. It's all right. Normally speaking entities which control online registration have known this problem and they usually make a window of correction available after completion of the registration process.
