You need to have not more than 5 backlogs in your academic learning. You will have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL exam And GMAT as required by the canada universities. Prepare an excellent statement of purpose that would convince the admission officer to consider your application.

See branch also matters, all things don't depend on College rankings. If one College has a higher ranking then you can not blindly choose any branch. First of all go with your interest, in which field you are interested, then choose other things.

It's actually a very simple process. The student needs to score 75% or more in qualifying exam like 12th or equivalent. Then appear in JEE Mains exam and be in top (approx) 3L students who are eligible to take JEE Advanced exam. Take this exam and be in top 500- 1000 to get this branch in IIT Mumbai.
