To qualify for NEET, the eligibility criteria dictate that all subjects in the 12th examination must be passed, including Chemistry, with the required minimum marks. Since you have "RT" (Result Pending or Reappear) along with Chemistry, you cannot fill the NEET form unless you clear with a reappearance in the Chemistry theory paper.

Your total percentage in the PCB subjects (51%) is under the least required for NEET eligibility (usually it's around 50% for General Category, and about 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwDs). On clearing Chemistry paper and scoring the required marks in PCB, you can apply for NEET.

No, M.Sc. Chemistry at Tezpur University does not require mathematics in graduation. The eligibility criteria typically require candidates to have a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry or a related field. While a background in mathematics can be helpful in certain areas of chemistry (like physical chemistry), it is not a mandatory requirement for admission into the M.Sc. Chemistry program at Tezpur University.

However, always check the official admission brochure or website for any updates on eligibility requirements, as these can vary each year.

And, here comes the actual procedure that one should follow to pursue M.Sc in Chemistry :-

1. Focus on 12th Board Exams ;-
