For admission to the one-year LLM or five-year LLB at NLU Assam, the CLAT test was conducted on Dec 3, 2023. Aspirants of NLU Assam were required to appear for the exam in offline pen-paper mode at the allotted test centres. Candidates could complete the CLAT registration 2024 until Nov 3, 2023 in online mode. The exam took place in more than 125 cities listed as CLAT 2024 test centres in 22 states and UTs. The detailed schedule of CLAT 2024 was declared along with the CLAT Exam Centers 2024.

CLAT 2027 dates for admission to NLU Assam have not been released yet. Students seeking admission to UG and PG courses offered at National Law Universities (NLUs) can apply for CLAT 2027 on or after August 1, 2026 since registration window will open on then. Only students who fill out the application form as well as, pay the fee are issued admit cards to appear for CLAT exam 2024. Students can log in using their registered mobile number and password to update their preferences in CLAT 2024 application form.

For admission to the B.Ed programme, the university conducts the various exam. To become eligible for the B.Ed programme, candidate must have passed a degree in graduation in the relevant stream ( BA /BSc /BCom or MA /MSc /MCom or equivalent) from a recognised institute. Also, the candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50 percent (45 percent for the reserved candidates) with all the subjects put together, candidates who are appearing for the final year examination can also apply for the test.

The cutoff marks of Guwahati University vary from course to course. The university has provided minimum qualifying cutoff marks for admission to a majority of courses offered by Guwahati University. Candidates must have at least 45 percent aggregate in their UG programme to become eligible for the PG programme. For the M.Tech programme, candidates must have secured at least 50 percent aggregate and for MEd and Integrated MSc-PhD, students just need a relevant UG degree to be eligible.

- Visit the official website of Guwahati University (gauhati.ac.in).
- Click on the ‘Admissions’ Tab.
- On the next page, click on the Rank List tab and select from the drop-down, the course applied for.
