Yes, you can apply. The eligibility is 50% marks either in Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce or Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks. Admission is on the basis of merit in the B.Ed.

On the website of Dibrugarh University, I could not find any information on eligibility. However, another web portal is saying that one can appear for the entrance exam for admission in MA English provided the candidate has obtained 40% marks in graduation.
