I think you should go with B.Sc. Statistics, because B.Sc. Data Science students have big competition with B.Tech CSE students and most of the companies prefers to select the B.Tech CSE students in place of B.Sc. Students.

As per the last year's MHTCET PCM cutoff, percentile was 99.9206999, while the closing rank was 134 in general category. Hence, you have to score above 180 marks for COEP for B.Tech CE.
