If you have a problem in applying further examinations and you don't have your degree then you can upload your final year result in case you did not receive your degree yet. Also, in place of this, you can upload your provisional certificate or 8th-semester mark sheet.

If you really want to do astronomy it's very good so study at least physics and maths in class 11th and class 12th. Do a B.Sc in Physics and take a few elective courses in astronomy/astrophysics. After that do your postgraduate studies in astronomy/astrophysics.
