It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing this course in spite of being a female student. Of course this course is open to both the sexes but participation of girls is quite low. For further details and fees you have to visit college once
because every college have different regulations and different fee structure.

Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc with Maths at 10+2 level and secured minimum 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from a recognized board.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in Diploma/ B.Sc.

As you do not have biology as your subject in class 12th, how you can pursue B.Sc in Biotechnology? It is somewhat difficult to pursue biotechnology without biology. Biology subject is mandatory.

You can send a mail to Christ University to change your interview date if possible mentioning the reason. If they accept your request then your problem can be solved otherwise you would have to go with the priority, that is you would have to choose between the two of them.
