Since you already have relevant experience in payroll department in an organisation. Here, you can directly go for human resource specialisation either with job experience or through MBA or any equivalent degree like PGDM/PGDBA. If you wish to continue your job, you can opt for PGDM from distance learning. Nowadays, there are a lot of universities offering the distance degree in business administration all over India. Hi, in July 2000, the Government of India, on the recommendations of the UGC and AICTE has included this college as a constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Thus Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering has the approval and recognition of the Government of India, AICTE, UGC and the Government of Maharashtra.

There is only one college in Hyderabad, which offers this certification course. Further, siksha.com had made a list of colleges which offer and this one appears in the fore. All the best, it is a good subject, but sad, many colleges don't offer it.
