The fee structure of the mentioned institute is not available on it's official website. I would advise you to contact the institute directly for the information.

The eligibility is that the student should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Science Stream. No minimum required percentage for B.Sc in Environmental science has been mentioned by the college so far.

The cutoff for clearing SNAP test will be decided by SIU and varies every year, depending on the number of applicants and the level of competition. All the best for your results.

DGCA approval or DGCA license is obtained after appearing for the concerned examination of the DGCA. The eligibility for appearing in this DGCA exam is graduation in AME. If you say you have failed in AME, then obviously you are not eligible to even appear for license exam of DGCA. So, obtaining license is further away. First, you will have to pass your AME and then appear for DGCA licensing examination to get a license. Best wishes to you.

Cutoff is not the criteria. It depends on All India Rank, if it is better than INR. 1.2 lakhs, you do stand a good chance.
