BITSAT is a speed based exam. It requires the students to be well versed with the syllabus of 11th & 12th standard and a lot of practice. For the short time period left, its better to take mock BITSATs online and prepare accordingly.

There is a provision of Fee Waiver for meritorious students in BITS Pilani. You can avail the Merit Scholarships if you secure a good CGPA or Semester GPA which vary from full academic fee waiver(for toppers) to 80/50/25 % of the fee exemption.

I would suggest you to go for BITS Pilani if you get an offer as it is one of the best engineering college of India and way above of VIT, Vellore.

It is never late to prepare for an exam if you have the right determination and interest towards that exam. For BITSAT, you need to be well versed with the syllabus. However, I am also providing you some important chapters that are imperative for preparation.
For Physics: Go through Thermodynamics, Current Electricity & Magnetism
For Mathematics: Circles, Limits & Continuity, and Trigonometry & Coordinate Geometry
For Chemistry: Chemical Bonding & Organic

Yes the M.E (equivalent to M.Tech) students pursuing master's course in engineering are eligible to get the stipend provided they need to do a teaching assistantship during the tenure of their education.
