Getting into Uni of Huddersfield is moderately competitive for Indian students (76% acceptance rate).  The university does not have too stringent entry requirements for Indian students.

Entry to degree programs can be achieved by a score between 60%-65%. This is assuming other documents like personal statement, prior work experience, and English proficiency are in order.

Yes, the Uni of Huddersfield can be a very good option for Indian students for the reasons mentioned below:

  • Huddersfield among the top 10 UK locations for affordable student rent  (GBP 136 or INR 17.5 K) per week

According to some sources, University of St Andrews has 1 Nobel Laureate. James Black is pharmacologist who is Nobel prize winner. He won Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1988.

Academic structure of university is comprised of many academic schools and departments, which are organised into 4 faculties. Some best courses and subjects at University of St Andrews are Business, Management, Engineering, Medicine and Health Sciences,  etc. 

In The Guardian Guide 2026, St Andrews led the UK in Maths, History, Art History, and International Relations with 17 additional subjects placed in top 10 in UK.

Yes, Indian students can transfer to UCL London from their present college or university. However, transfers are strictly limited. UCL only considers transfers into the second year for a limited number of courses. Entry into the 3rd year is not permitted for UG courses.

Interested students need to meet the conditions mentioned below:

  • Make an application via UCAS by the UCAS Equal Consideration deadline
  • Include a reference from current institution in the application
  • Meet the first-year entrance requirements of the program

Yes, UCL London does accept late or extra applications for limited courses. To know which UCL London programme is accepting applications, students can go to the specific programme page on UCAS.

The university is still accepting applications for some courses. For 2027 intake, the UCAS deadline would be around Oct 15, 2026 for Medicine courses.
