You don't have to worry about the finance if you are applying to Harvard. The university makes sure that exceptional and deserving candidates get to study and they have a number of schemes for low income families. 100% scholarship which also covers accommodation is also offered. However, to avail such options you must be an exceptional and brilliant candidate. They will look for excellent academics, extracurricular activities, highly intelligent, possessing leadership skills and an interest to give back to the society. You should check the university website for the admission profiles prepare accordingly.

It seems you are an undergrad student. Yes getting admission is as easy as you may think provided your profile proves to the Harvard admission committee about your FIT to the university. You need high percentile in SAT with SAT subject test being highly recommended besides very strong writing skills and diversity in your profile/resume. The application timeline is equally important for the university where the acceptance rate is just a single digit.
Please feel free to ask specific question for which course you may want to apply.
