Between SRM Institute of Science and Technology and Lovely Professional University for CSE, both are well-known private universities, but LPU has a strong advantage in terms of campus exposure, diversity, industry interaction, and overall student opportunities. Lovely Professional University has a very large student ecosystem with students from across India and many other countries, which creates a competitive coding and innovation environment for CSE students. The university also offers specializations in trending technologies like AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing.

No, scoring 75% or above in 12th alone is not enough to get admission into B.Tech CSE at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. For IIT admission, clearing JEE Advanced is compulsory, and students first need to qualify JEE Main to become eligible for it. Since Computer Science at IIT Bombay is one of the most competitive branches in India, students usually need a very high rank in JEE Advanced to get a seat. If you could not clear JEE, then you can explore other good universities for B.Tech CSE where you can still build strong coding and technical skills and get good placement opportunities through hard work and projects.

Yes, you can pursue B.Tech after completing a diploma in Computer Science, but getting admission into Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is quite difficult because IITs mainly take admission through the JEE Advanced exam. Diploma students usually need to first complete the required eligibility criteria and qualify in JEE Main and JEE Advanced with a very high rank. Many students after diploma also choose universities like Lovely Professional University for courses such as B.Tech CSE in Data Science & Data Engineering, where they get practical exposure in programming, AI, big data, cloud computing, and analytics along with good place

If you belong to the General category under the Home State quota, you must target a cutoff rank of up to 6883 to get a CSE seat at Vardhaman College of Engineering. This is the maximum cutoff rank required for admission; the aim should be to secure a lower cutoff rank than the one mentioned here.
