There are about 80+ B Tech Computer Science colleges in Mumbai. Of these, 70 colleges are privately owned and 3 colleges are owned by the government. IIT Bombay, K J Somaiya Institute of Technology, Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, etc. are some of the best B Tech CS colleges in Mumbai.

It is a University Level Entrance exam conducted once every year with the purpose to select candidates for admission in the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) courses in SASTRA (Deemed to be University), Tamil Nadu. The minimum percentile required for securing a seat at Jamia Hamdard for the general category is 80+. For the B.Tech CSE course, the cut-off for the general category was 95 and for the OBC category, it was 85%. For the CSE branch, it would be better to target 97-98 percentile.

The highest package offered to the 2023 passing-out batch at CEM Kolaghat was INR 14 LPA, whereas, for NIT Kolkata it stood at INR 18 LPA. The comparison table given below compares the 2023 placement statistics of both the colleges:
