Yes, you can apply for BCA course, age is not a limitation, and you can for a correspondence course in your City.

You have to first clear your compartment, then only you can get admission for B.Com / BBA / BCA.

First of all, you have to clear the compartment of the subject chemistry and after that you will be eligible for the further studies. And after chemistry subject you can in chemistry sector, but still you are eligible for BCA.
