Yes, you are eligible for both the universities if you have completed your graduation with an aggregate of 50% marks and you have cleared the entrance exams as well.

Well the admission in MCA in GNDU is fully based on the entrance exam.
You have to clear that to get admission there, and there's no other criteria to get into GNDU.

BCA is offered at the Patna, Noida, Jaipur and Lalpur off campuses of BIT.

No, you can't get admission. You have to start from the 1st year for MCA.
