Hello Rajaram,
Sorry to say, but Utkal University does not offer BCA. It offers only MCA. So, you can try for other colleges also. Good luck.

Number of universities provide 3 years MCA degree which includes PGDCA in first year, M.Sc in second year and after successful completion of 3 years MCA degree is provided.

GNDU is better college. So, if your college is affiliated to it then no problem. Or affiliation mostly does not matter, studies matter.

Weekend classes are not regular classes. A regular class will run all day except weekends. You can do distance or correspondence course in MCA through IGNOU.

Amity University is one of the top recognized university in the India. Amity University is provided top placements and high class study structure at their campuses. So, without any tension, go for BCA at Amity University.

IEM is one of the top institute for BCA in India. If you are thinking for take admission for BCA, then go for it. Curriculum and teaching methodology are perfect here. According to me, go for IEM.
