Yes, you can get admission to the B.E. / B.Tech courses at RCC Institute of Information Technology (RCCIIT), Kolkata, without appearing for WBJEE, as the institute also accepts JEE Main scores. Candidates can be admitted through the counselling process based on their JEE Main rank or through management quota, depending on availability. It's recommended to check with the college's admission office for the most accurate and updated details regarding the admission process for candidates who do not appear for WBJEE.

No, it is not possible because, at Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology, admission to B.E. / B.Tech courses is typically based on the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). However, students may also have the option to get admission through management quota if they meet the eligibility requirements.

AP EAMCET is the most common and standard route for admission to B.Tech/B.E. programs. Candidates need to qualify in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam to get admission.
