The eligibility criteria for BTech course at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Tiruchirappalli (IIIT Trichy) is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Moreover, candidates also needs to clear the national-level entrance exams which include JEE Main.

Jamia Millia Islamia admission to various UG and PG courses such as MA, BA, BTech, etc. is based on JMI Entrance exam. JMI entrance exam scores are applicable for admission to various courses. However, in 2024, the JMI cutoff hasn't been released by the institute for the admission to BTech courses. Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Delhi accepts JEE Main scores, followed by a counselling process for admission to the BTech course. As per the BVCOE JEE Main cutoff 2023, the last round closing ranks for BTech ranged between 53659 and 93312, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisations. During the BVP Delhi cutoff 2022, the last round closing rank for BTech in CSE was 40559 for the General Al quota candidates.
