NIT Patna reserve certain seats from the total seat count for reserved category candidates. The admission eligibility criteria is governed by the MHRD rules (based on grade score). Moreover, the institute has seat reservations for SC/ST/PH candidates. There are 15% seat reservations for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 3% for PH category candidates. The seat allotment process shall be carried out as per the reservation policy.

The total tuition fee for BTech course at RIMT is between INR 2.2 lakh-INR 3.5 lakh. Yes, HGPI offers lateral entry to BTech programme. Aspirants who have passed Diploma from a recognised board or university or equivalent with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for candidates belonging to reserved category) can apply for lateral entry.

AIEM offer five full-time BTech courses and five Lateral Entry courses. The full-time course duration is four years and three years for Lateral Entry. The BTech courses are offered in various specialisations such as CSE, ECE, EE, ME etc. A total of 90 seats are available for BTech full-time courses, respectively.

To enrol for BTech course admission at JIS University, firstly, candidates must complete Class 12 with 60% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects. The candidates also need to sit and appear for the JET entrance exam followed by GD-PI.

In order to apply to the BTech course at NIET College, candidates need to meet the last educational qualification. Students should complete Class 12 with 45%-40% aggregate. Aspirants who do not complete Class 12 are not eligible for BTech course admission in this college. Apart from this, the selection criteria for the BTech course is JEE Main followed by UPTAC counselling.

Yes, Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management offers lateral entry to BTech courses. Candidates should have a JELET score to get admission to the second year of the BTech degree. Other than the JELET score, no other alternate option is available for BTech Lateral Entry course admission.
