Hello, Anupam I don't know much about the colleges in Lucknow, but I can definitely point you in the direction of Chandigarh University, one of the best institutions in India. The university is well-known for its placements and has received an NAAC A+ grade. The best college for hospitality and tourism management is in Punjab, India. The campus of Amity University in Lucknow is home to world-class hotel management schools.

A gap of 5 years is acceptable in Canada for PG courses. If there is a gap of 5 years and you want to pursue an undergraduate degree then there are some colleges that accept students with reasonable gap years.

Hotel management Diploma is the best for this because very simple English will vary. If they get the basic cooking skills it will also work. There are many situations where students help teachers in the course in real world activities.

This is always debatable question because there are plenty of jobs in culinary field. Certificate course is also working certification to get into hotel industry unless it is from a know and reputed college.

If you want to do any medical course after graduation in arts these are some courses.
Certificate in X-ray Technician
Certificate in Medical Lab Technology
Certificate in Dental Technician and Hygiene. Certificate in Ophthalmic Assistant
Certificate in Naturopathy and Yogic Science (But I think these courses need so many basics to be clear and more hard work as you are a arts student.
