Universities and colleges generally award Masters of Arts in fields like Languages, History, Geography, Philosophy, Fine Arts, but also Social Sciences, where they overlap with Masters of Science. This means that one subject can be offered either as an M.A. or an M.Sc.

Sorry to say, but unfortunately you can't do B.Ed in the Hindi Language as a subject. For taking admission, you have to first complete BA in Hindi, then apply for B.Ed and you can do that through distance mode also no issue in that it is totally accepted everywhere.

The eligibility criteria of Delhi University for M.Sc. Food and Nutrition is given below. Educational qualification B.Sc. (Hons. ). In Home Science / B.Sc. (Pass) in Home Science / B.Sc. (Hons. ). In Food Technology: after (10+2)/ PGDDPHN (1 year), from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognised by the University of Delhi as equivalent and fulfill other conditions of eligibility. DU also offers B.Sc. In Food Technology
The three-year Bachelor of Science in Food Technology course is also offered by DU. Students with a minimum of 55% score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Biology Biotechnology and 50% marks in English. Admission to this course depends on the cut-offs released by the colleges

IP University is good, if you get into the main campus of GGSIPU, rest all are of same level. Main difference is that all of them are private. Whereas, DU colleges are all centrally owned. You can find good infrastructure of almost all DU colleges, rather better than IP being government.

If you are looking for good placement, then you should join LPU. LPU will let you have a good package. DU is also good but placement is not so good.
