The fee structure of ICAT design and media college is not available anywhere online. Some institutes do not prefer to disclose their fee details explicitly. Please contact the institute directly for a detailed information.

If you have passed HSC/ three-year Diploma/ Diploma in Textile Technology or equivalent from a recognized body of education, you can certainly apply for B.Sc course in Fashion Design.

Yes, you can appear in 2019, and NIFT score is valid only for one year.

Opt BE CS or BE IT (If you can). Otherwise, go for BCA & cyber security certifications.
