Yes, you can take admission in Bachelors of interior designing on the basis f your 12th marks. The best colleges to get into are NID or NIFT. You need to appear for entrance exams for both the courses.

For fashion designing, the best course will be a regular three years course, B.Sc in fashion designing where you will learn A to Z of fashion designing.
