You should clear 12th to pursue any Bachelor's degree in India or abroad. You need to clear those 2 subjects from NIOS and then try in good colleges for interior designing programme.

Both these courses are not suitable. I would suggest you to opt for B.Sc fashion designing or Bachelor of vocational education in fashion designing.

Yes, bit a better advisable solution is to drop B.Sc and do Bachelor of designing either from NIFT or NID and if that is not possible for you, do a part time evening diploma from a good institute for example Mumbai University Garware institute offer such courses.
