She can pursue a Diploma course in fashion designing. She cannot pursue undergraduate course as she is not falling in the age group criteria of the course.

B.Sc in CS is not sufficient to get a job in Bhubaneswar. If you want to make your career in Odisha, then you need more qualification like M.Sc in CS. As per my knowledge, MCA or MBA has more opportunity than M.Sc.
