NID (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN AHMEDABAD)IS THE BEST COLLEGE OF VECHIAL AND TRANSPORT DESIGN,its a 4year degree course on completion you will get Bachelor of Design.
every year all india NID EXAM are conducted.

Web designing will teach you everything that you want for creating a running website. Design degree is a three year degree program which will create a foundation in various design discipline.

Hi Amritesh,
To answer your query.no, you cannot apply for PhD as German Universities do not recognize Diplomas. You would have to do MS first.
