please elobarate your question. if you want to ask that both B.Com and fashion designing course could be done then answer is yes. but remember that it should be certificate course not diploma at a same time.

Hii Bharat,
Interior design coarses are a kind of professional coarses just like civil engineering. You can go for interior design coarses anytime during admissions after 12 as well as after you engineering also. It has no age limits criteria.If you feel yourself interested towards interior designing you can apply in relevant colleges of interior designing and you have to appear for entrance at institutional levels.
