As per notification released by SSC no. F. No. 3/6/2018 P&P-II, Your Diploma must be completed by Ist August-2019. Because you have completed your Diploma in last year so you are eligible for SSC JE-2018 exam.

Yes, you can get. The admission process of asked college is governed by DTE Maharashtra and done through the common admission process (CAP). Hence, you have to apply through the DTE Maharashtra website and participate in CAP rounds counselling process.

Yes definitely there is AIQ, All India Quota available in the college. You just need to appear through All India Quota thats it. If you fulfill all the eligibility criteria then you will manage the seat in college of engineering, Pune. You will have to enquire about the status of the AIQ and then fillup the procedure according to that only.
