Yes definitely there is AIQ, All India Quota available in the college. You just need to appear through All India Quota that's it. If you fulfill all the eligibility criteria then you will manage the seat in college of engineering, Pune. You will have to enquire about the status of the AIQ and then fillup the procedure according to that only. Good Luck.

PG diploma is also good because many of the companies are recruiting students from the PG diploma instead of recruiting students from the masters. PG diploma is just a level below from the master's degree

Hi Hitendu, As per Bar council guidelines : Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. Is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps. Secondly there is no Diploma course Valid. There are B.A. LL.B. / BBA LL.B. / B.Com LL.B. - 5 years Degree course (after 10+2)
LLB - 3 years Course (If you are Graduate). .

I am afraid but must say that your marks are below 50% and with students preferring govt colleges over private ones, you have very slim chances. But still surprises are known to have occured.

no you are not required to pass 10+2 for diploma and you can apply for BTech through lateral entry

yes you can do that , provided the diploma is equivalent and recognised by the college
