In 2025 the Karnataka Diploma CET (DCET) determines rankings through a system which awards 50% of the score to exam results and 50% to Diploma education final year performance. Candidate scores of 170+ out of 180 in KCET 2025 predicts that they will obtain a ranking position below 10. To obtain the first position candidates must score 178 points or higher in the exam.
