Kindly specify your Diploma. RCI license is provided to person who completes courses like-
1. BPO2. BASLP
These courses are under RCI and is approved. Moreover Diploma in these fields are also approved by RCI and you get a RCI certificate after completing the respective course.

Usually, there is no entrance exam for any Diploma course but if you are looking for any specific college then you have to directly contact them.
