-VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration). -Embedded Systems. -PLC. -Networking. -Circuit Designing. -Fibre optic technology. You must try to do these courses from good Training institutes such as CDAC, NIIT, APTECH, etc. It will be very advantageous for you regarding job placements.

The majority of jobs for CSE are available in private sectors only. While Electrical engineering have equal scope in Private, PSUs and government sectors. So if you wants to do jobs in private sectors than go with Diploma+B.Tech in CSE. And wants jobs in (private+PSU+government) sectors, then go with Diploma + B.Tech in Electrical.

No, you can not. Candidate must have a graduate degree in Civics / Political Science / History / Geography / Physical Medicine (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS ) Education, Nursing (GNM), Sociology from a recognized University.
