Hello Vaibhav,
Presently, there is no need for you to worry. This is because the Mumbai bench of the Mumbai High Court has got the assurance from Government of Maharashtra that they will not implement this policy till the 6th of February when the court will be hearing the case for its final disposition. If Mumbai High Court permits reservation then obviously you will be the affected party but on the other hand if Mumbai High Court accepts the petitions and does not allow the reservation then the status quo Ante will be restored. Best wishes to you.

Hello Salman Nooji,
It's indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing diploma in this institute. However when I checked, I could not find any diploma that it is offering. I am attaching a link that will give you list of different courses that this institution is offering. They have also a form that I feel you should fill up to get in touch with them.

You cannot get 100% scholarship through entrance exam, to achieve it, you should score good marks in your academics as well as in entrance exams. USA and Australia have more scholarships as compared to any other country.
