Of course yes. With such good marks in Diploma, even though it is in mechanical engineering, you can definitely apply for graduation in Aeronautical Engineering. However I will like to advise you that as per my opinion mechanical engineering will be better for you than aeronautical engineering because the jobs in Aeronautical are much less as compared with mechanical engineering and you would be better of doing graduation in this.
