Hello Rakesh,
Admissions to colleges or universities in Canada would be granted based on 12 years of schooling. As you have done this, I am sure you would get admission. However, be advised that admission for graduation abroad is based on many factors and there are many nuances to the whole process. In view of this, I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students to Canada. They would be aware of all nuances and will take care of them.

Continuing your education is a great idea. You may go through some lateral admission schemes offered by various institutions where you reside. Few institutes offer B.Tech lateral entry admission through an entrance test. You may go through these.

The distance learning programs like engineering Diploma and undergraduate courses are not valid as per the AICTE guidelines. Hence, do not do these. Further, you can search for part-time Diploma/regular Diploma programme for upgradation.
